The programme will give participants the chance to gain real hands-on experience, work alongside experienced aviation professionals, and better understand the day-to-day requirements of the industry.

It will also help connect academic learning with practical experience and may open the door to future career opportunities for strong-performing candidates. Sultan Rashit Shene, Founder and Chairman of Alex Group Investment, said: “Young people are the future of aviation, and we believe it is important to give them the right opportunities to learn, grow and gain real experience. Heavy Rain from Typhoon Dujuan Disrupts Transportation and Raises Flood Risks in Japan’s Eastern Regions

    News September 21, 2026

Eastern Japan faces flooding and travel disruption as Typhoon Dujuan moves through the region. At midday, the large and powerful typhoon was moving north-northeast over waters west of Hachijojima, maintaining a storm-force wind zone as it headed toward the Izu Islands and the Kanto area. Forecasters indicated that the system would accelerate and pass near Kanto later on Monday. They warned of violent winds, very rough seas, and additional heavy rain across eastern Pacific coastal regions. Furthermore, linear rain bands could intensify rainfall across Tokai, Kanto, and the Izu Islands. The transport ministry reported three landslides in Chiba Prefecture by 2 p.m., which resulted in the destruction of one home and partial damage to another. Additionally, two landslides occurred in Miyazaki Prefecture, leading to one death, one injury, and damage to one residence. Rainfall thresholds caused closures on 32 sections of six expressways and three parts of two national highways. Flooded roads and fallen trees also led to the closure of 16 prefectural road sections across Ibaraki, Saitama, and Chiba.
